Recently got a message on hold system from AMTC.

I am trying to get it hooked up and have done the following.

Located pair 13 on the terminal strip. It had 1 black and 1 green wire. It as labeled MOH by the previous installer.

Spliced audio cable that came with AMTC player and twisted up two wires.

Connected the spliced wires from audio cable to terminal strip. I did not connect them directly on top of existing green and black wires, rather I connected them in the column directly beside the existing green and black wires.

I moved the jumper on the main board from internal MOH to exteral MOH.

Powered up the player, hooked in the audio cable and inserted the SD card with the message.

Called the retail location and put myself on hold but no message could be heard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to turn MOH on for the trunks in technician programming.
