i seem to have an issue with my analog stations not getting caller id passed to them. any ideas on where to start would be appreciated.
i am very new to this system.

You will need to enable CID to SLT in MMC300.
And if its PSTN CID then you will require a CRM card.

is this a add on for the mcp? lcp? both if i am running dual cabinets?

our mcp does show there is a crm card installed.
in mmc 300 cid to slt is set to on and still donot get cid on our analog trunks.

The CRM card goes on the LP40 card not MP40.
Have you configured 1 of the dsp's on the CRM card for CID?
The CID is working ok on digital/ip handsets?

yes cid works on digital.
om not sure what this means exactly. Have you configured 1 of the dsp's on the CRM card for CID?
