I am presently working on a compact dcs v2.6 with a ram 1,2x4 SLI card, 2x4 DLI card.Trying to install MOH external muisic source. Program MMC 308,309,408. Tried to program 372 for customer music source but will only let me program 371 for which a thought for internal music source. Still punch down on Y-BR and BR-Y pin 44 and 19 on 66block.I hear a sound which sounds like white noise through the keyset speakers but no music.I have rigged the cd player output headset to rj11 jack which goes to Y-BR,BR-Y pair of the 66B. What am i missing?

Do you show a misc1 card recognized in MMC806?

If so you should have a 2nd MOH on Pair 25 (372) in addition to 1st MOH on Pair 19.

As a first move, I would put a tone generator on Pair 19 to see if you have a bad cord connection.

Just yesterday I popped in on a Toshiba customer that I told to buy a RCA to RCA cord for his announcement player. So what did mister genius do? He went to Radio Shack and bought a 1/8 female adapter because he already had a male 1/8 to RCA cord.

Yes, that old cord was corroded. Amazing how I get some service calls.

Did you LOOK at MMC806 or DO MMC806?

To DO MMC806, you hit the right soft key each time you push the volume up button to a new card slot.

There was an [Int] and [Ext] jumper on the old 816 electronic system and on the 50si and iDCS100 but not the Compact, I just physically looked at one to be positive and there is no jumper.

If all else fails, do a MMC811 and start programming from scratch.

You must have 4 chip CID software and a RAM2 cartridge.
