Its not a bad product, but doesn't work through firewalls at all.
Only just got a working 64bit compatible version of standard (TAPI).
Has some uses when combined with SMT IP Phones (video/voice recording)
When combined with Messenger will do 4way video chat

Agree with nameless. Have used this but the client has for some reason internal firewalls. Every time they change something on the network it stops working. Endless problems with this setup.

We have it working with ten seats under Windows server.
It is better than most of Samsung's past software ventures. This app wasn't written by some lone guy out of his house.
Not very familiar with other manufacturers apps, so nothing to compare it to I guess.
