Hi all,
I read somewhere the new IP phones (SMT-ixxxx) are SIP standard. The documentation refers nothing about it, but I would like to know if someone knows something about it.
Is there any Samsung SIP phone?

Regards.

Both the SIP and Proprietary IP phones are the same product - it's just a firmware flash for whatever protocol you want.

Both are available in the UK now.

One important thing to be aware of: once it's SIP you can NOT change it back. So be sure you want it SIP. Personally I don't recommend them as they are shite as a SIP phone. Overpriced, clunky, and unstable.
