Since we have upgraded to v 4.41a
After each prompt is said there is a faint 'click, click' sound made, i thought is was something left at the end of a recording but it even does it on all the pre recorded menus and voicemail menu system.
Any ideas?

I'd suggest a few things:
1) Pick a prompt and play it through the admin mailbox (prompts section) - does it still click then?
2) Default the VM in the web browser - does it still clck?
3) Re load the VM prompts on to the SD Card - take care to get the right ones MP10 and MP10a cards use a different codec!

When the MP10a was released down here, we had an issue with poor quality prompts so we had a new .tar file released which fixed this, but from memory we had to default the vm
