No problem From "Connected User List Wiew", I can see Easyset has conencted. But the problem occurs when I opened the browser "localhost/easyset" the screen seems good, I input the station no and password, but there will be error window says "there is no connected switch" by the way in this screen Switch Number seems "None" I have already made required folder's securities as IIS USER with full control Do you know any solution about this prob thanks

OfficeServEasySet V3.2.4.0 was released in the US 11/3/2010 and does support 64 bit OS. Have you changed the applicaion pool the web site uses?

Yes I did the IIS settings correctly. I think the problem causes about Easyset version. The highest version that I had is V3001 released 2008. Is there any chance to get V3.2.4.0 from you ?
