Hello, I've connected a LAN connected laser printer to the same network that our OS7100 is connected to, set the ip address for lan printer and set printer destination to printer for SMDR. The printer spits out a page of raw data each time the page gets filled up with 60 lines of data. I need to find a way to make it print out whatever is in the buffer by pressing a button or code on a keyset that's connected to the system. Any suggestions?

I don't know if you can do it with the SMDR, but UCD data can be printed at any time via a sp (supervisor) key.

There is a "SMDR" feature code can be used for that scenerio. Firstly you shoul Enable hotel state, then choice the related phone as a Administrator from "Room Type". When you push Smdr there is an option called "print". But I am not sure that the printer still continue to print. But You can change 60 line as 99.
