We have a 7200S Ver 4.46d account with Broadvox SIP Vdids that has a delay as audible ringing stops before their greeting starts to play. About 4 to as much as 6 seconds. They are not pausing before recording their 057 greetings.

Can't find a timer for this anywhere.

Our dealer office system has the same Broadvox SIP and as soon as the audible ringback stops, our greetings are heard. (We have a 7100 v4.46d)

Anyone see this before? Thanks.

Do they have the 051 greetings recorded? This is definitely something I haven't heard of until now. Are these DID's ringing the extensions directly? or do you have Groups overflowing?

Also, have you monitored this in call activity?
