We have an an account that wants calls coming in on DIDs to ring the assigned stations during the day and then overflow to the operator. 250+ stations.
At night, voice mail personal mailbox.
Odd situation. Having the caller go to voice mail and then press zero for the operator isn't acceptable.
Their old system had different day/night destinations for DIDs.
Any easy way to do this w/o coming up with a virtual extension complex solution that will make programming/maintenance a nightmare?

Do they still want it to ring at night before it goes to voicemail? If not, The only thing i could recommend is setting the no answer forward for each extension to the operator group, then setup DND forward or forward all so that they can turn on at night to send it to their voicemail...Don't know if this is a realistic approach to this situation, but the only thing i could come up with. Users would have to press a dnd button or forward button when they leave at night.

Change the destination of ???? go to EXT 500 in the forward trunk menu for night mode and set up day and night modes.
