Hi there,
I have a 7200 that uses VoIP to dial out. The issue is that after approx. 6 min 30 sec the call gets cut off.
System is running ver 4.53c the MGI card is ver 1.27
I have defaulted the system and only setup the VoIP peering , but the problem remains.
According to the Distributor that had a look at the trace the 7200 is "ignoring" the incoming options for some reason.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you do the trace or did the carrier?
If the carrier did it and they are saying that, then its a probably a port forward issue on the router
