Hi
Can anyone help with the settings on OS7200 for a Gigaset Sip extension to be able to transfer a call. In the phone setup there is something about using R as Sip protocol for transfer but it doesn't work

Is there any flash time setting? If so configure it according to the MMC 501 Hook Flash Min and Hook Flash Max times.

This works on a sip extension not a normal analogue extension so normal flash timers will not help

The flash timers are the same to SLI and to SIP extensions. Did you look for a Flash time in the phone setup?
