Can anyone tell me how to update the software on a TEPRI card? My clients have very old software and the cards are falling out of sync with the PRI provider and dropping calls.

If on 7000 systems use same as updating software if older systems you can use a card reader but what ever you do let the software update it some times seems ages to up load then delete your old software

Upload the new Tepri software on the system and go to mmc 8xx to upgrade the card. It should take 5 min.

Upload the new TEPRI software to the SM/MMC card.
Then either put dip switch 5 on the MCP on and reset system, or flash via KMMC 8xx as per above.
Whole process takes about 20mins or so
