Hello all, to my knowledge I am not aware of a way to do this, but thought I'd see if anyone may have run into this before. We have a hotel the has a 2 cabinet 500 system with 24 button phones in all the rooms. Somehow one of the room phones had the auto answer turned on. We were able to walk them through switching this back to ring mode, but the question has come up if we can disable auto answer entirely on the room phones. I know if they were using idcs 18/28 button phones, we could disable the transfer button so they couldn't access programming, but with the 24 button phones we can not modify the transfer button.
Any ideas?
thanks!

You also might be able to make mmc 103 a customer access mmc or technician mmc.
