Hello,
Have a customer we just put into a 7100. They use ACT for customer contact info. Back when they had an old TIE Buscom plus and a modem in his PC they used to click on the ACT contact and an IST would dial the number then hook flash and transfer to the extension at the desk. We have the 7100 on their network. Can this senario be setup across the network via the H323 line or IPCONF listed in the ACT dialer box? ty.

You will need OfficeServ Link and Officeserv Call or Officeserv Communicator.

Officeserv Xchange is another option, it has act support built in

Id ONLY suggest Xchange - superb application that is probably the cheapest option and offers excellent other features

I don't believe we have Officeserv Xchange in the states here. I have never heard Samsung talk about it.

Use Officeserv xchange and Act. We had to upgrade to Act ver 2011 here though to get xchange to integrate and fully pop records. Works like a dream alongside popping customer websites based on inbedded telephone numbersand inbound CLI.

I see the brochure has .AU on it. It doesn't look as it supports dialing for the ACT! product.
