Hi,
Have OS7030 V4.53 system setup for client with 1 SIP line.
Am using voicemail from the SIP provider, not from the Samsung
I can't find any option in the programming to enable MWI indication, either in the form of a message waiting light, or a distinctive tone when picking up the handset.
Does anyone know if you can get the Samsung to indicate there is a message on the SIP line? The SIP provider supports MWI
Thanks Phil

I don't think it supports it. How would the system know which handet(s) to flash the MW light on? as there is no programming for it in the DID table or trunk ring, or keyset programming.

Ok, thanks for the replies. the SIP provider does do voicemail->email, so we'll just have to stick to that
Cheers
