Have a client with a 500 System and a 4 port SVMI8 installed. They are opening a second company at the same location. They have 46 PRI circuits and no analog lines. 100 DID's - They want to take a DID line and have it answered with the new company info and a different menu. I can build the Menu and record the prompts, but can't remember how to set up calls to 1 number get the "Company 1" menu and calls to the second number play "Company 2" menu. Let me know....

Go in the direct trunk menu, take input from did and
program your did to be fowarded to the right menu.
