Hi
I have installed a OS 7400 with 4.53c software. 1 x PRI a MGI card SVMi 6 x 16 Dli and a 16 SLI card.
There is 5 UCD groups and they are all working but my pick up groups does not want to work.
There is 9 Pick up groups (from 1 to 9)
When a call is transfered to an extension in group 2 and an extension in group 3 presses the mygroup pick up code that is default 28 it picks up the call that was ringing in group 2. You should get "no ringing call can't pickup" because the call is ringing in group 2 and not 3.
Any advise?

Pickup groups and station groups are 2 different things.
You need to assign the stations to the pickup groups in MMC 302.
By default all stations are in group 1, which is why your seeing this
