We have a four node system (2-7400's & 2-7030's). We have Call Record (CR) buttons configured on the node which houses the svmi20 and the call record buttons work fine.

In the remote nodes however, when pressing their CR button, they see a message 'NO VM PORTS'.

COS settings for VM REC are set to yes on both systems. Any help would be appreciated!

FYI - found out that call recording on a remote node using centralized voicemail isn't supported.
