I am having issues with getting emg to work properly. The custmer uses Intermedia to hoet their email exchange server.
they provided me with an Ip addres if the phone system supports TLS or SSL which I am aware that the Samsung does not.
The tech from Intermedia then said "Alternatley, you can connect to an MX Record" and supplied me with another IP address . She said that using an MX record I would not need a user name and password.
I have tried this a hundred way and can't connect.
Any Ideas?

Doesn't the dealer you bought this from support you? The 7200s has not been out long and is under warranty.
