I know this subject has been talked about before and I have read them all. However I'm have a problem with a new install OS7100 on one side and an OS 7200 on the other. Systems are licensed with SPNET and the 7200 is using an OAS card which is set to MGI only. Systems are on a VPN therefore there should be no issues with opening ports. routing tables have been created and DID tables also. It not like I haven't set one up before since I have another customer with four sites and everything works fine. Any ideas?

Yes I can ping each site and no I can not dial the site long dial. I have also relooked the LCR and DID and compared it to other sites that I have installed that work. So I'm still looking for some help.

If you're on a private network (VPN), then check MMC 838. You need to list all the private IP addresses that are not on the subnet but which are still 'considered' local. You'll need to do this at both sites.

I would like to thank nameless for looking over the db'ss for me. It is suprising how a new set of eyes can pick out something as simple as one number in an IP address that can keep it from working. I had looked at it at least 50 times and just did not see it. I this site more then I do Samsung tech support, because I get so many good suggestions. Again I would like to thank everyone for there input and thanks again to nameless.
