Was doing a few changes last night and the phone system Locked up. I rebooted system and when it cam back up all of the programming was gone?

Does this mean the Memory card is bad or the battery on the memory card?


Also how come I can't add a 8 DLI to slot 3 in the expansion unit?
I enter programming mode hit 806 and it doesnt allow me to toggle to choose the 8DLI card?? It doesnt allow me to do anything?

PLEASE HELP?? Customer has service but all the extensions and VM is all screwed up..

Make sure your battery switch is in the on position on the processor. It is possible that the battery that keeps the memory has gone bad.

It is on the on position.

How do you connect to the IDCS 100? Can I use hyperterminal and where do you connect to?


Any ideas on why system doesnt see 8DLI card in slot6?

When you say in 806 are you in installer mode or cust mode because you can only do it in installer mode

I didnt want to default the system. The system isnt holding any translations.

In 806, what does it say in in exp 3?

You may be off on your thinking in the numbering.

806 is just supposed to recognize what is there.

You have the 2sli slot, the mem. slot, the misc slot, the Exp. 1 slot, the Exp. 2 slot, the Exp. 3 slot. and then the expansion cabinet.
