I was playing around with IT Tool tonight and I could not get it to work with a 100 I am using. I have the OSM working on the system no problem. Is it that the IT Tool is not compatable with the 100.

Correct,
The OS100 was discontinued before Installation Tool came out so no need to support it.OSM works fine.
