Can anyone tell me how to program extensions with a single digit numeral? I want people to be able to hit a single digit rather than dialing the whole extension number. I cant figure out which MMC. Thanks

And IF you did that you would eliminate all the feature dial codes.Or are you talking about a voicemail single digit dialling?

I think we had our phone lines set up the way I was mentioning. Basically, when the overflow goes to the general greeting I would like it so that instead of dialing extension 203, they could just dial 1,2, or a single number. We only have 4 extensions in our shop. What are feature dial codes?

Tried a few MMC's and still can't find it. I think what I need is the voicemail single digit dialing to a DS.

So it sounds like you are talking about the voicemail/auto attendant. Can I assume that it's an SVMi model?Do you know how to access programming for the voicemail system? What you are asking has nothing to do with the phone system programming

Yes, it is the auto attendant I am speaking of. I've already entered the SVMI-4 card through Hyperterminal but dont know which settings to change. I assume its the blocks and I've tried that to no avail.

I can't seem to find page 2. I try to cursor down but the last entry is "append to key register"
I want my callers to be able to dial "1" for ext. 201, "2" for ext 202 and so on. How do I specifiy each extension in the blocks/day menu?
