4.53c s/w with OAS card. We have a combo of SMT - i5210 phones and standard digital sets. On the IP sets quality is bad to start then gets better, but is annoying to customer.

Echo, bad volume and even crosstalk. they have all reset a couple times too.

I have put in a few 7200-s and othe Officeserv systems but have not had to use a OAS card and local IP sets...any ideas?

What version is the OAS card?
What version are the phones?
What are you lines? ISDN/PSTN/SIP?
What codec are you using on the phones? (G.729, G.711 or G.722)
