I have a OS7100. I have MMC406 setup to ring Station Group 501 on all trunks. I have MMC601 Station Group 501 to OverFlow in 35 secs to Next Port 519 (AA\VM). In the VM\AA (Forward Station) Menu I added an entry for "501" to go to Day\Night Menu. However, when testing with an outside call, after 35 secs of extensions in Station Group 501 ringing, the system transfers to AA, the system says "GoodBye" in hangs up. It is never playing the Day\Night Menu prompts. What am I missing in setup? If I setup MMC406 to 519 then it works o.k. However, I need the Station Group to ring first and then overflow to AA Day\Night menu. Thanks in advance for help.

I finally solved the problem. There was an Ext 501 auto-created. I deleted it and the overflow to AA Day\Night started working.
