Hello, this is my first post regarding a samsung dcs system. I have to program it in order a person who wants to dial mobile numbers to press first 0 then the mobile number and these calls to be routed via the FCT. All the other numbers to be routed when the person dials 9. Please help me with any suggestions. Thank you

0 usually calls the operator so you would have to change the numbering plan, usually best avoided.
You don't say if the FCT is analog or ISDN (I'm guessing not SIP on a DCS) which may change the best method of achieving what you want.
Certainly if it's analog they can pick up the trunk connected to the FCT by dialling the trunk number (70x) or you can program a DT button for this trunk on the keyset(s), trunk group 9 would exclude this trunk and just contain all of the analog landlines you have.
Alternatively, you can set up least-cost routing (LCR) on the DCS to automatically select the FCT trunk if thenumber starts 07.. for example.

I have tried to program the DT button using a specific MMC but with no success. I tried other features like forward but again no no no!! I have searched the forum for a similar case and one was solved with a PM. Please help.

Just to explain that I would like to program the DT key to be the # key for example for dialling the trunks. Would that be possible? Thank you

You need to find the trunk that the premicell is connected if you want use DT keys. You would program the DT key on the handset and then the line number ie 701 etc.
You can only use the programmable keys, the most common handset on your system is the 12b with keys down the right side.
The proper way to do this would be set up a LCR table as tdw42 said and route 07 down the premicell.
