Hi, how can i setup 2 messages at the automatted atendant, one to day & one to night, how i setup a different message at the night, and made the change trough RP keys? Somebody has manuals of VM/AA???

If you mean aa on the voicemail you need to go into prgramming of the voicemail and give day and night to differnt numbers like 1001 and 1002 and then recod them from a phone or import them as a wav file

thanks, that part its done... now i have 2 msgs, 1 by the day, and another for the night, at the night, if i have the msg, "thanks for calling anywhere, our customer schedule is 8 am to 5 pm" or some like that, it doesnt matter the msg sais, but i really want to do, its have the message,and then transfer the call to a cell phone, it is possible??

What do ring plans 2 and 4 do? are they night as well? if so you don't them and can just have

RP1 0000-2359
Rp2 0800-1700

(At 1701 the system will look and see that RP2 has ended and go to RP1 as 1701 is within its time)

Then you can do your VM Day/night schedule

Follow nameless' advise. Exactly the way to do it.

Remember to program an RTO key as well as RP keys so you can lock the system in a mode during holiday periods.
