Hi, i have this problem: If a had a call on course, (as examaple, opertaor its calling, and sales have another call) and if i try to make another outcall i heard the error sound, i check the MMC 603, (menu 4.1.3) all the pri trunks of the E1 are configurated ok, i try on group type, isdn, mixed, sequential and distributed, and the problem persists, what else can i check????

you can try accessing a trunk line directly. for instance 701, 702, 703 up to 730 in case of an PRI.

ok, so if i can make a call through trunk lines 701, 702, etc until 730, at any time i tried, what it means? the E1 is ok? or how can i be sure that the problem is not the 7070? I have this problem with 2 pabx, offiserv 7070,

You never said how many trunks you have and if there in dial plan maybe all the trunks are being used or that extn is barred from using certain trunks

I have a E1, with 30 trunks, with 5 extensions, and a very sample configuration, in fact, i restart the system, first, by software and after by hardware, and the same thing, how can i be shure that the problem is the E1??¿¿??

You could make keys with the trunks on them and see if you dial out using them would prove if you have the trunks seems a lot of trunks with only 5 extentions
