How does one achieve web mmc connection to an OS pabx connected on LAN? What is required?

I have a OS7400 version 4.46d I need it also to connect onto OS7070/7200

OS7400 4.46d doesn't have a web interface neither does os7200 4.4x 4.53c you can load the DM files on to the media card and then use DM As for the OS7070 I assume its the same as the OS7030/OS7100/OS7200S and until 4.60 software is released with DM support you access it via https://ipaddress

I would suggest not to do System programming through WebMMC. This will cause the system db to become corrupt. Use IT tool for system programming, only use WebMMC for VM programming on the 7030 - 7200s
