Versadial is having several issues:

-It frequently breaks up single calls into multiple recordings.

-Often the digits dialed are not displayed in the Versadial screen. Instead it just shows the extension of the user being recorded. (verified that these are new calls, not fragments of recordings from the previous issue)

-It starts recording in the middle of the night with no one in the office (these are usually 59:59 long).

-suddenly, yesterday, it stopped recording altogether. We replaced the punch block and amphenol cable today, but that didn't fix it.

The Vesadial is something the IT company installed.

We installed the OS7400, and that part is fine.
The system is ignorant to the fact that the Versadial is even there. Versadial just taps off of the station jumper via its own 66 block between the KSU and the station cable.

Any ideas?

Customer is required to record all calls for compliance.
