Hi, first of all thanks to all for any advice. I´m in a urgent trouble, we have a far away PBX with a remote IP access. The issue is that we lost the password in a weird situation. The thing is we need to reset that password without loosing the configuration. There is a way to do it by an IP conection? we cannot have phisical access to the PBX, but we can power it off and on (there is a non-technical employed on-site). Thanks.

Are you talking about the 4 digit 800 passcode?
I could do a backdoor with you on site, but if you can't log into the switch I don't think you can get access to be able to change it.
By any chance do you have an IP phone hanging off it somewhere there is a person who could follow directions?

Thanks for responding.
No, the password that I haven't is that of IT / DM, is there any way to change this such as, for example, in the SIO port?.
If so, would appreciate to send me a guide.
Thanks
