how do i get to overwrite the technician code on samsung idcs 500,because the company that used to work on our samsung system went on bankruptancy and i cant get into technician programming after using mmc 800 as it needs tech code.Again what can make the extension not to go through the switchboard,calls come directly from outside to that only extension.
