I have a officeserv 7200 with 2 SIP providers. My issue is that i have a mailbox in my VM setup for a fax. It works fine however i when the VM answers the call it says "Mailbox ####" i need to turn off that prompt? Does anyone know if this is doable?

Thanks

That is the mailbox greeting not a prompt.
All you can do is record a second or 2 of silence for the mailbox greeting
