I'll start off with this:
Does anyone know how to connect a null modem to the Amanda SOHO? I was told it can not be done but I have a problem with that concept. if it can be dialed into it can be nulled.

i have setup and installed a few soho's with modems. I use them if tech-support has to read the integretion strings or if I want to change things, you need to have the software that amanda has in order to remotely call in. I hope this helps. By the way did you know that the amanda soho is not being made anymore, they are concentrating on the workplace products.
