It was an article in Cabling magazine, I'll have to find the issue. But it specifically said 50m runs and 30 (thinking about it now maybe it wasn't 30, but I know that it said a specific number of runs max) I'll find it.

Also under the computer room floor make sure not to impeed the flow of the air. If equipment over heats because the A/C couldn't get to it they won't be happy.

take a look at Snake Tray ( www.snaketray.com) they have some cool products that are pretty reasonable cost-wise. I've never used them in a raised floor environment but I've wall mounted them, they're easy to install and route.

I am with Phonesol the snake is the best bet. Beside that if they are gonna pay for the ability to go 10 g then you might want to cya and save your self the drama of many return trips by just adding the expense of the tray.
Corwyn that cable count was in regards to weight of cable. eg: if the hooks are at 4 feet apart the strain on the lower cables is too much were if the hooks are at 1 foot apart the strain is quite a bit less. I remember reading it as well. But since its not a standard yet I kinda sluffed were I read it at.

It's unfortunate that bridle (not bridal) rings are still in use for structured cabling. These went out of vogue long ago due to the reasons you mentioned. Here would be a good item to use under an access floor. https://www.snaketray.com/products/under.html The product is relatively inexpensive (a bit more than J-hooks, but well worth it), easy to install, and has a high capacity. It will also give you much needed separation from the power infrastructure that you will be sharing the underfloor space with.

Panduit has also come out with a new line of J-Hooks that are made out of Plenum rated plastic and can mount to just about any surface. THat cost right at the same as the Caddy's, but give you more surface area and a strap hole for securing the cables with velcro. Here is a link to some information: https://www.panduit.com/search/sear...p;Ne=1®ion=USA&Nu=P_RollupKey
