Hi,
Just checking whether or not the COB MP5000 is capable of giving the callers an option to press anything while on queue and then will be transferred to an external phone number.
Or is the COB capable of routing a call on-queue (after say 10 rings)routed to an external phone number?
Our client wants us to explore this capability or any solutions for their MP5000 for their plans of rolling-out the working-at-home program.
Kindly advise. Thanks. sonny88

Anytime I've needed to produce those types of applications I've had to install a QuickQ server.

Thanks RBF...although I haven't encountered that QuickQ server yet. Would you be able to provide more info on that and what would are required steps.

Everytime I have tried to use a COB, it has never worked correctly. I don't recommend using it for anything.

We've got quite a few out there and they do everything a PC based unit does...
