My 7260 shows "NEW VM MSG : 8"
The problem of course being that this system does not utilize voicemail services of any kind. Is there some way to clear this message off of the phone?

To reset the phone dial feature 69 and press the button under go on the lcd screen, to reset the system turn the phone system off wait 1 minute then turn it back on. If they don't work, either you have voice mail and nobody told you or a system default and reprogram will have to be performed by a tech who knows the system.
