I have been asked to trouble shoot problems with a Key Voice Small Office Lite voicemail system connected to an Avaya Partner PBX. The main issues are no message waiting lamps and delayed messages. The system was working fine before. I have no experience with this system but have worked with many DOS based systems and the DX80 Voicemail. I hate to tell this customer that I can't fix their voicemail system so any and all suggestions and/or tips would be appreciated.

Get a copy of the integration notes for connecting a KVT voicemail to a Partner. Then just start checking the config on both sides.

Any hints as to where I might find integration notes?
