One of our user accounts is somehow set up for night mode, if anyone calls before the operator takes the console off night mode, her calls go directly to her voicemail. I am looking how to change this not to happen.

What system is it,an IDS?I don't remember the voicemail having this option but I am out of date with the current voicemail software.Check the IDS G screen forwarding plans for the extension you are having trouble with.There are separate screens for day and night,could be that the extension is set to forward all to voicemail in night mode.

I believe the problem is either that the phone in question is assigned to ring in night mode or the voicemail system has the mailbox as a general delivery ox.
