Hello fellow phonies,

An end user's IT administrator called today inquiring about an Executone IDS 228 telephone system with Perfect Mail voice mail. He wants to replace the VM re continuing troubles and also needs to have some cards repaired/replaced as necessary due to bad ports. I know nothing about this system and would appreciate some general information/advice. Also, personal referral to a certified (qualified) Executone dealer (service company/technician) in the San Diego, CA area would be great.

This site is a certified vendor that can provide equipment and software downloads at a reasonable price. They have refurbished Infostar voicemail systems. I would put in the EVXC voicemail system.
