As a cable TV guy I can tell you this - running the RG-6 in the apartments and one feeder from each apartment back to a utility room is where you should stop. Anything beyond that will be ripped out by the service provider anyway. Best bet is try and talk to the provider about the project. Around here we will provide the coax and even the phone cable if yo are willing to pull it. Anything outside of the basics is a waste of time and money.
