I am porting over 4 FAX POTS lines for my small business from Globalcom to AT&T. I got the order notification from AT&T and there is a note on the order stating: "Normally, N117 type order numbers do require new facilities, so you would need to have your equipment vendor on site to complete a cross connect." I know how to use a punch down tool. I know where the NETPOP is, I know where the extension is at the 66 block, and I know where the phone numbers reside at the 66 block in the server room. Can someone point me in the right direction on what I may have to do to in order for the POTS lines to work after switching to AT&T from Globalcom?

If you can't figure that out you shouldn't be doing it. They told you to have your equipment vendor on site to handle the cut over. You were probably told that after talking to you and determining your capabilities.
