we have a IDS 42 and I need some passwords all I was able to get from my vender one password and it won't let me back the system up I was told it was the password for level 7 I believe. Can anyone help me [email protected]

You can try Ctrl D EXECUTON
Authorization FSUPPORT
Should get you in at level 9

Hey i was able to get in using lower levels like 5. but not 7 or 8 and don't know why.

All passwords can be changed if you know the level8, level9, or level10 passwords.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
