I'm looking at buying a cable tester that will test wire map (568B and A). Also cross talk and Attenuation, etc. CAT 5e maybe CAT6. It would be nice if the tester could also be used as a toner and prob. The budget is maybe $300. Any help would be great!!!

You are not going to find one for that price, we have a Fluke DSP 4300 that does all you say you need , It cost around $6000.00 to $7000.00

Ive got a cheapo called a Real World Certifer that will do what you want and retails for about $500. Bear in mind, its not really a certifier but will do the tests and you can get printouts.

That looks like a decent cable qualifier for the price but you can get a Cable IQ from Fluke for under $1000. Keep in mind that these are NOT certifiers at all and are qualifiers. They do not meet 568B standards for testing cable performance. For most little jobs though that do not require certification though they should be fine.
