I've been running mostly cat 5e and have to bid a job in Boston to run to 8 locations cat 6 for data cat5e for phone, plenum, drop celing,not more than 100' runs to exsiting panels,whats the going rate per location? Thanks

Come back when you get more experience. This is a question for the Installer's forum, not an open one. It has several variables, like, what's your labor rate, city rules, etc. etc. etc.
Since we don't discuss price in open forums, and we don't do homework, it's something you can tell us about when you get there. If you've never worked with Cat-6, I will warn you that it is physically larger than 5e and it takes a bit longer to terminate and run. It doesn't behave as well as 5e or dress as nicely. Eight locations is a perfect test, but expect to lose the bid, or your butt.

material cost + labor cost + markup = bid price

Take what are you charging for Cat 5e, subtract the cost of the Cat 5e Cable, Cat 5e Jacks; now add in the cost for Cat 6 Cable and Cat 6 Jacks.
I think that about covers it.

and extra time to terminate & test. I assume if they want the expense of cat 6, they may even want it certified. BIG bucks there. Ask if they want it, or at least add as an option. Just offering it may make the difference....like separating the men from the boys.
