The main phone is the only phone that rings when an outside call comes in. All of the extenstions light up but does not ring. We also can not pick up the receiver and automatically answer the call we have push the button for the line that is ringing. If someone could please help reprogram our phones it would be appreciated.

What type of system do you have? EZ-? IDS-? Eclipse?
That would be helpful, as each system is different when it comes to programming.

I'm betting your in Night answer, that's why you have to push the button to answer and the other extensions arn't ringing.

I'm sorry, I edited the original message to include our model but I guess it didn't show up. We have an Encore 816 phone system.

At the operator extension, is the DND lite on or flashing?
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Is it a Encore 616 or CX 816?
Can you give us a model number off the phone, or part number.
If all else fails, use a BFH.
