Will someone post the exact pin-out for the RJ45 to DB9 connector. Many of the posts are conflicting to which color is the ground wire and the fact that the RJ45 to DB9 adaptors do not have a white wire on pin 8, it is grey. Also, can we use old procomm to talk to the IDS. If so, what baud rates and protocol do we use. This is a fresh install and has not had anything done to it as far as programming passwords. None of the phones will operate.

i use procomm, just make your terminal emulate tvi 920
