This past Saturday when I went to check they had lost power the night before. I was not hearing the static as before. I cleaned and tightened everything I could. One phone that had static I unplugged and this seemed to clear the problem. The system do's seem very tired.Delay's in ringing. I guess I will see what happens. Thanks for all the info

The ringing is controled by the TGC card and the Co cards.
If all else fails, use a BFH.

It is really sounding like you have a CO card that is dying. If I were you, I would replace it now, before it dies completely.
