I have a Nortel Compact ICS 6.1 with CP100 ver 2.0 the system is set-up but have a few problems with VM. My question is does anyone know of a Nortel Installer/Programmer located in the Chicago land area that is for hire? I have had no luck with the yellow pages.

I don't feel very smart--what with upgrading problems with a MICS & NAM that I have but I'll give him a call. He's about 30 miles from me in a small town. I called his business this morning & it sounds as if he hasn't set rings right---it's going to a mailbox right away.
